Moon |
In the coming years, NASA will be going back to the moon, sending robotic missions there by 2008 and preparing the way for humans to return by 2020. NASA has already selected six proposals for instrumentation and science investigations for the 2008 mission, Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, the first spacecraft to be built as part of the Vision. Our lunar activities will test new approaches to exploration, supporting sustained human space exploration beyond the moon. |
